ASTOR & BLACK: We’ve read that you played on the same high school baseball team with Charlie Sheen and Rob Lowe. Of the 3 of you, who’s better when stepping up to the plate? Who has a better style game?

DEAN CAIN: I did grow up with Rob and Charlie — but as any real athlete will say…I will always bet on myself when it comes to athletics! As far as style…Rob has a very classy, clean style, Charlie’s is more unique, but I believe everyone has to just embrace their personal style and let the cards fall where they may.   Style is a very subjective thing, and I encourage everyone to find their own.

ASTOR & BLACK: You’re a busy guy, what does the convenience of A&B mean to you?

DEAN CAIN: Having the convenience of using Astor and Black is amazing.   I don’t have the time or the patience or knowledge to run into stores and pick through clothes.   Plus, I probably wouldn’t pick the right things.   Having all of my sizes likes/dislikes known by my Astor & Black clothier is just awesome!  In a phone call, I can take care of all of that.   If I have an event or something special to attend, again — it just takes a phone call.

ASTOR & BLACK: Which do you feel more confident in, Superman’s suit or an Astor & Black suit?

DEAN CAIN: There is no question…the Superman suit was lycra tights, a heavy wool cape, red leather boots, and red undies on the outside of the tights.   Give me an Astor & Black suit anytime!
